Job Description :

1. Assist Sales Head in developing/ executing sales strategy and plan both short and long range for the region/ territory assigned.

2. Establish sales objectives & ensure achievement of defined sales targets, growth in profits and expansion of company services.

3. Identify & generate business from new accounts

4. Identify potential market segments/verticals

5. Build credibility in the market & gain market share

6. Assess, meet and exceed customer expectations.

7. Regularly interact with customers and develop excellent & long-term relationships with them.

8. Ensure regular, clear and two-way communication between the client and team

9. Provide team representation and set proper client expectations.

10. Responsible for client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
